Pink fluorescent agrellite from the type locality. The best example of fluorescence under middlewave (MW) UV light. White in normal light, fluoresces pink under shortwave or middlewave, more orange under longwave, and redder under blue laser. The orange/red fluorescence is due to manganese (broad band centered at ~580nm) and a mix or rare earth elements (REE), like dysprosium and samarium.

Photo in normal light.
Fluorescence under shortwave UV light (254nm Hg light).
