Scapolite, bright yellow fluorescent under longwave UV light. It is associated with calcite (non-fluorescent), which seems to be acid-washed. Not sure what the blue-fluorescent mineral under longwave UV light is. The label says scapolite and analcime, but I don’t know which one is the analcime.
