Kyanite blades in matrix. Lot’s of them! In daylight they are essentially colorless, white or light grey, missing their typical blue color. Kyanite often shows a dim to very dim red fluorescence under longwave UV light. In addition to the longware red, this specimen also shows a quite brighter light blue fluorescence under shortwave UV.
